Red Bull has begun teasing a Western-inspired look for the United States Grand Prix, with cowboy motifs and Texas heritage running through the team's promotional output ahead of the Circuit of the Americas weekend.

The Milton Keynes-based outfit has used its social media channels to build anticipation around the theme, pointing fans towards a dedicated Austin fan merchandise capsule and a run of promotional activations planned in Texas before cars hit the track.

Red Bull has now revealed a special white race suit for next weekend's race, with fans calling for a special livery following the same colour scheme.

As things stand, Red Bull has not released any details on if a special livery will feature on the RB22, or if instead it will simply run one-off race suits for Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar as well as fan apparel.

Red Bull's previous different Texas looks

The move would not be unprecedented. Red Bull previously raced in bespoke Western-style overalls for the 2018 United States Grand Prix, complete with faux-leather chaps graphics, tooled yoke embroidery and illustrated belt buckles that drew plenty of attention in the paddock at the time.

Texas-themed kit has become something of a recurring fixture around the Austin round more broadly, with sister team Racing Bulls among those having explored similar cowboy-inspired concepts in recent seasons.

It remains unclear whether Red Bull will field complete themed overalls at COTA this year or restrict the concept to merchandise and promotional wear, and there is no confirmation yet of any accompanying special livery for the car. V

erstappen heads into the Austin weekend looking to build on his campaign following the Singapore round, with the Texas outing representing round 18 of the 2026 calendar.
