Mercedes heads into the second day of the second and final F1 pre-season test at the Bahrain International Circuit as the team to beat.
Yesterday evening, George Russell set the quickest lap of the four days of running in Sakhir so far, and will be in the W17 on Thursday morning as well.
Max Verstappen will get his first run of the second test, after team-mate Isack Hadjar was in the cockpit of the RB22 for the entire first day.
It was a difficult eight hours for Red Bull, with the young Frenchman only managing 66 laps due to a water system leak.
Fernando Alonso will spend the entire day in the troublesome Aston Martin as the Silverstone-based squad looks to make up for lost time with the AMR26.
