Fernando Alonso heads into Free Practice 2 at the 2025 F1 Singapore Grand Prix looking to cement his place among the leading contenders, having topped FP1.
It was the first time since FP2 at the 2024 Canadian GP Alonso has topped a session, with Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, and Lewis Hamilton slotting in behind after besting the McLaren pair of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris.
Elsewhere, as night sets in, Alex Albon will be hoping to make up for lost time after a brake fire early in FP1 cost him the session.
