Free Practice 2 for the 2024 Mexican Grand Prix will look a little bit different than usual.
Yes, 20 cars will be out on track, but the session is a dedicated Pirelli tyre test for 2025, meaning the teams will not get their usual run plans in.
It is an extended 90 minute session as a result, with only the five regular race drivers who missed FP1 allowed 'normal' running.
They are Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris, Fernando Alonso, Charles Leclerc and Zhou Guanyu as Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Pato O'Ward, Felipe Drugovich, Ollie Bearman and Robert Shwartzman hand back their cars.
