Alex Albon will start the Spanish Grand Prix from the pit-lane after Williams elected to fit new power unit components.
Having qualified 19th fastest, Albon was set for a back-row start but Williams have opted to change the energy store and control electronics on his car.
Both are the third examples Albon has used respectively in the season, with only two permitted.
As such, he will be required to start from the pit-lane.
This promotes team-mate Logan Sargeant to 19th on the grid, with the American having qualified last and also taken a three-place grid drop for impeding Lance Stroll.
