Lance Stroll will be investigated by the stewards at the Italian Grand Prix following the conclusion of FP2 after being noted for impeding Lando Norris.
Around 20 minutes into the second free practice session at Monza, the Aston Martin driver drifted across the McLaren, who was at the start of a push lap, in the braking zone at the first corner, causing the reigning F1 drivers' champion to take evasive action.
The Briton was clearly displeased by the near-miss, taking to team radio to question what Stroll was doing, calling the incident "dangerous" as well.
Despite those strong words from the McLaren driver, the focus of the investigation will be blocking, not erratic driving, and will likely come with a warning or, at worst, a fine, as it only occurred during a practice hour and not a competitive session.
