As the old adage goes, in F1, 'you are only as good as your last race.'
And for Red Bull, that means it is the best as Max Verstappen stormed to a dominant victory in the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia - the team's first of the season and with its own in-house Red Bull-Ford Powertrains engine.
But is the team now emerging as the closest threat to Mercedes, the runaway championship leaders?
Since the Belgian GP, Verstappen has finished at least third in every race, bar the Netherlands, where he crashed on the opening lap in the tricky conditions, with the team 18 points behind McLaren in third and 107 behind Ferrari in second.
Mercedes, 258 points ahead, won't be caught by Red Bull, but can the Milton Keynes squad rally to finish as runners-up as its new threat emerges?
