After a dominant showing in the Miami Grand Prix, Kimi Antonelli made himself another slice of F1 history.
In winning his third successive race from his third straight pole position, the Italian has become the first driver in F1 history to achieve that.
He is also now just the third driver to take his first three pole positions consecutively, following Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher, and to take his first three wins on the trot, after Damon Hill and Mika Hakkinen.
Following the win in Miami and George Russell's slog to fourth place, it means Antonelli has a 20-point lead in the drivers' standings after the fourth race of 22, with his 100 points playing 80 of Russell.
In contrast, it took Antonelli until the Sao Paulo GP weekend - round 21 - of his rookie season to hit three figures of points.
But is it enough to carry him to the title?
Do you think Antonelli is now the favourite for the 2026 F1 drivers' championship?
