IndyCar president J. Douglas Boles says the series is "incredibly disappointed" after the promoters of its new Markham circuit were not able to complete it in time ahead of practice this weekend.
Located in Ontario, Canada, the track is a 12-turn, 2.1 mile replacement for the Toronto Street Circuit, but it was not ready in time for the opening practice session on Friday, forcing it to be postponed until Saturday.
