The Red Bull employee who filed accusations against team principal and CEO Christian Horner is set to appeal the dismissal of the case, according to reports.
Horner saw the original grievance of inappropriate behaviour dismissed after an investigation was launched by parent company Red Bull GmbH in February, with an external barrister overseeing the case.
As one of the number of twists in the saga, the complainant was suspended on full pay ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix but, as reported by The Telegraph in the UK, and De Telegraaf in the Netherlands, an appeal is now set to be lodged against the initial ruling.

The decision to appeal would add further length to a damaging storyline for Red Bull, which has seen its on-track achievements - where Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have secured two consecutive one-two finishes to start the season - overshadowed by turmoil within the team.
Verstappen's father Jos has been forthcoming in his criticism of Horner and the current state of the team, whilst motorsport advisor Helmut Marko has also been embroiled in suspension allegations as part of the supporting cast.
Despite the allegations and previous investigation, Horner has remained in his position throughout and was present for the Red Bull season launch, pre-season testing in Bahrain and each of the opening two rounds of the new campaign.
