Lando Norris will look to stretch out his championship advantage during the sprint race in Brazil after securing pole position.
The Briton bested Kimi Antonelli to the top spot, while title rival Oscar Piastri will line up in third place.
Joining Piastri on the second row is the second Mercedes of George Russell, while the third row features Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen.
Lewis Hamilton is 11th on the grid in his Ferrari, whilst two drivers will start from the pit lane - Williams' Carlos Sainz and Red Bull's Yuki Tsunoda - after changes to their cars were made under parc fermé conditions.
