Ferrari successfully completed a filming day on Wednesday at MADRING, the new home of the Spanish Grand Prix from this September in Madrid.
The Scuderia conducted 200 km of running, with both Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton behind the wheel of the SF-26.
It marked a significant moment for Formula 1's newest circuit, as it hosted on-track action for the first time, representing another step forward in its preparations.
The circuit encountered no major problems, although much of the grandstands and fan areas still have to be constructed.
Ferrari also enjoyed a smooth filming day, with similar equipment and procedures to those used on a grand prix weekend, allowing the circuit to test its logistics and coordination.
The successful completion of the Maranello-based outfit's filming day is seen as a major milestone for MADRING as it prepares to host its first race from September 11–13.
