Formula E has officially broken the current acceleration of Formula 1 cars from 0-60 mph.
Saudi Arabian female racing driver Reem Al Aboud has successfully set a new benchmark in single-seater racing, after successfully eclipsing the current 0-60 mph acceleration time set by Formula 1, using the Formula E GENBETA race car.
FIA 'encouraging' unfair racing – Evans
Mitch Evans believes the FIA stewards choosing not to investigate incidents such as the one he had with Jean-Eric Vergne in Diriyah is "encouraging" aggressive driving.
Evans and the factory Jaguar outfit were left stunned at the Diriyah double-header last month after the FIA opted against investigating Vergne, despite two questionable moves on the Kiwi.
Dennis backs himself to defend title
Reigning Formula E World Champion Jake Dennis is confident that he can defend his title, something which has previously only been achieved by one driver.
Two-time Formula E Champion Jean-Eric Vergne is the only driver to have ever successfully won two titles in the all-electric series back-to-back. Vergne claimed the final title of the Gen1 era back in Season 4, and then won the first title of the Gen2 era in Season 5.
Cassidy: Jaguar 'gunning for both titles'
Nick Cassidy has revealed that it is Jaguar's "goal" to claim both championships this season, although he has stressed that his previous success at Envision does not mean he has "brought something" to the team to elevate them.
Envision – Jaguar's customer team – clinched the Teams' Championship last season, mostly thanks to Cassidy having won four races and featured on the podium a total of eight times.
McLaren 'seriously contenders' for victories – Dennis
Jake Dennis has admitted that McLaren's remarkable efficiency has been the "biggest shock" to Andretti this season, with the British outfit having made huge progress.
2024 is McLaren's second season in Formula E, with their first having been full of mixed results. The Nissan customer team were exceptional in 2023 over one-lap, with Jake Hughes having claimed two pole positions in his rookie season.

Wehrlein reveals 'super important' São Paulo detail
Pascal Wehrlein has revealed that energy management at the São Paulo E-Prix will be "super important", and has predicted a very "different" race compared to the earlier rounds.
In both Mexico City and Diriyah, energy management was not a concern, partly due to the FIA not calculating the race distance correctly. It resulted in three races which were all practically flat out, making overtaking virtually impossible.
