The month of March is upon us and the new Formula 1 season is creeping ever closer.
Although teams have already enjoyed three days of track time in Barcelona, on top of their car filming days, Thursday 10 March will see the 2022 cars brought back to television screens for the official pre-season test in Bahrain.
All 10 teams will be on track at the Bahrain International Circuit as they look to fine-tune their cars ahead of the opening Grand Prix of the 2022 season, set to take place at the same venue on 20 March.
After F1's test in Barcelona was kept away from TV cameras, there will be no avoiding the spotlight in Bahrain with the test set to be broadcast live in the UK and Ireland on Sky Sports F1.
And the picture as to who is quick and who is not will become ever clearer as the days go on, with race runs and qualifying-style laps expected.
When will F1's cars be on track in Bahrain?
Formula 1 have confirmed that testing in Bahrain will run from 10:00 to 19:00 local time, which means 07:00 to 16:00 GMT.
If the test in Barcelona is anything to go by, there will also be a one-hour lunch break sandwiched between the four-hour sessions.
That lunch break also included press conferences, allowing RacingNews365.com the chance to get the lowdown from the teams themselves on how the cars are doing. It would place the lunch break in Bahrain at 14:00 local time, or 11:00 GMT.
Cars are expected to be on track throughout the four-hour sessions as the likes Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari look to learn all they can about their new challengers.
