Kimi Antonelli has ended the second day of pre-season testing on top of the time sheets as he lowered the testing benchmark further.
The Italian driver clocked a 1:32.803 for Mercedes, ensuring the Brackley-based squad has ended both test days held this week on top.
Oscar Piastri was second fastest for McLaren after taking over from his team-mate in the afternoon, with Lando Norris' effort solidifying him in fifth.
Max Verstappen was third fastest for Red Bull, and the four-time champion enjoyed a highly productive day with 137 laps, ending the day ahead of Lewis Hamilton.
Aston Martin got 68 laps under its belt before Fernando Alonso ground to a halt with a mechanical issue.
