In a RacingNews365 exclusive, Nyck de Vries says he holds no feelings of "grief" towards his failed stint in F1 in which he lost his drive at AlphaTauri after just 10 races with the team.
The 29-year-old, currently racing for Mahindra in Formula E and Toyota Gazoo Racing in endurance, recently won his first race in almost two years at the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Imola, with his previous victory coming at the 2022 Berlin E-Prix.

McLaren issues encouraging Bird update following surgery
McLaren's Sam Bird has undergone successful surgery on his hand injury, but won't be able to return in Berlin, with Taylor Barnard set to deputise once again.
In practice at the Monaco E-Prix, Bird crashed at Sainte Devote, and was ruled out of the weekend after sustaining the injury to his left-hand.

Mitch Evans has stressed that he is "in the fight" for the Season 10 Formula E title, following on from his statement victory in Monaco.
Ahead of the Monaco E-Prix, Evans was starting to slip out of title contention, following disappointing races in Tokyo and Misano.

Mercedes F1 junior to make prestigious debut
Mercedes Formula 1 junior Frederik Vesti will make his Formula E debut with the Mahindra Racing team at the upcoming Berlin rookie test.
The Dane is currently racing in the European Le Mans Series, as well as dovetailing duties as a Mercedes reserve driver, having left Formula 2 after two seasons at the end of 2023.
Second female driver confirmed for rookie test
Ahead of the upcoming Berlin Formula E rookie test, Envision has confirmed that Alice Powell will be driving for the outfit, alongside Dries Vanthoor.
Powell has worked closely with the Silverstone-based outfit for many years as its test and development driver, whilst she previously completed two tests in the Gen2 era in Marrakesh and Valencia.
Formula E proves F1 is the problem rather than Monaco
F1 has failed to deliver an exciting race at the Circuit de Monaco in far too long, resulting in an increasing number of calls from some fans for the historic venue to be dropped from the calendar.
Being a confined street circuit, there is little F1 can do to make adjustments to the track layout to offer the drivers more overtaking opportunities.
