Daniel Ricciardo has shared that he will seek to match the adrenaline rush of his F1 career in the "second half" of his life.
The Australian was interviewed, seemingly by a fan, whilst walking through LAX airport in Los Angeles, expressing his appreciation and gratitude for his time racing in the so-called pinnacle of motorsport, in a clip that has since gone viral on social media.
Having won eight grands prix across a 14-year stint in F1, the 35-year-old has not competed since being relieved of his duties at RB following the Singapore Grand Prix last season.
Liam Lawson stepped into the cockpit alongside Yuki Tsunoda to replace him, and it has been unclear what Ricciardo's next move will be for almost a calendar year.
However, it is likely to be a thrill-seeking adventure for the former HRT, Toro Rosso/AlphaTauri/RB, Red Bull, Renault and McLaren driver.
