Christian Horner could make his first appearance in the F1 paddock since leaving Red Bull at this weekend’s British Grand Prix.

Horner departed the Milton Keynes-based squad following last year’s Silverstone event, bringing an end to his 20-year tenure as team principal.

During his highly successful spell with Red Bull, he oversaw the championship-winning eras of Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen, helping establish the team as one of the most successful outfits in F1 history.

Having completed a period of gardening leave, Horner is now free to return to the sport in any capacity.

The 52-year-old has attended other motorsport events, including MotoGP, but has yet to make a return to the Formula 1 paddock since his sudden departure from Red Bull.

However, that could change this weekend, as RacingNews365 understands there is a strong possibility Horner will attend the British Grand Prix as a guest.

Since leaving Red Bull, speculation over Horner’s F1 future has remained a constant talking point.

The Briton has been linked with roles at Aston Martin, Ferrari and Alpine, although no agreement has yet been reached with any team.
