Lance Stroll has been summoned by F1 stewards over his bizarre Monaco Grand Prix practice collision with Charles Leclerc.
Early in FP1 at Monaco, Leclerc ran into the back of Stroll at the hairpin after the Aston Martin moved across on the Ferrari so he could make the corner.
Stroll had moved to the left to allow Kimi Antonelli through, but reported he did not hear the team that Leclerc was coming through.
The session was briefly red-flag for debris as Leclerc's front-wing was changed, but Stroll's session was over.
Aston Martin confirmed that damage to the rear suspension and a gearbox change were responsible for the Canadian not resuming running after the collision.
He must attend the stewards at 1500 local time, 30 minutes after the end of FP1.
The Canadian was ultimately slapped with a double penalty for the collision, explained in full here.
