Zak Brown has revealed the tattoo that he got ahead of the United States Grand Prix. As suspected, the McLaren CEO had an outline of the Monza circuit etched into his upper left arm. This is to celebrate Daniel Ricciardo's victory in Italy last month, the first win for McLaren in nine years and the first under Brown's reign. While it hasn't been confirmed as a bet, it's a safe assumption to make that Brown agreed one with Ricciardo. The Australian made a similar bet with previous F1 boss Cyril Abiteboul last year. With Ricciardo scoring a podium for Renault at the 2020 Eifel Grand Prix, Abiteboul is still on the hook to get a tattoo of Ricciardo's choice, but hasn't yet done so. Ricciardo himself was the beneficiary of a bet he made with Brown for this season on Saturday, taking the wheel of Dale Earnhardt's 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo at the Circuit of the Americas. The car is owned by Brown, and was shipped from the UK to the US for Ricciardo to drive. It honoured Ricciardo's pledge to score a podium finish with McLaren this year.
