AlphaTauri has indicated what its possible team name in the 2024 season could be after changing its Instagram handle. On Thursday, it was noted that the page which formerly was Scuderia AlphaTauri had been renamed to 'VisaCashAppRB' - however, as of 07:45am UK time on Friday 19th January, a search for 'AlphaTauriF1' on Instagram redirected to a blank page. This has been mooted as a possible team name for the Faenza-squad, with an X (formerly Twitter) account being created in October 2023 also under the 'VisaCashAppRBF1' moniker - although the account is locked with no tweets or followers. On the official 2024 entry list published by the FIA, the team was entered as 'Scuderia AlphaTauri RB' - with speculation that RB could refer to 'Racing Bulls'. However, RacingNews365 understands from sources that this is most likely incorrect and the term 'RacingBulls' will not be part of the official team name when it is formally announced.
