Alex Albon triggered the second red flag of Dutch Grand Prix second practice, repeating an incident which befell Max Verstappen earlier in the day.
As drivers were completing their soft tyre qualifying simulations at Zandvoort, Albon got too deep on the brakes into Turn 1 and skated through the gravel.
He clipped the front-wing off the FW47, beaching it in the gravel in the process to trigger a second red flag of the session after Lance Stroll's huge Turn 3 crash.
Earlier, at the end of FP1 whilst completing a practice start post-session, Verstappen also heavily locked up and skated through the gravel, beaching his RB21 in front of his home crowd, but fortunately, for himself, he did not damage the front-wing.
Albon will finish the session in 15th place at best following the crash, with Lando Norris set to complete the Friday double. Verstappen posted the fifth fastest time on his soft tyre lap.
