The #35 Alpine Endurance Team claimed victory in the WEC Six Hours of Fuji – held at the Fuji International Speedway.
Alpine delivered a strategic masterclass with the #35 to claim the overall and Hypercar win, ahead of the #93 Peugout Total Energies and the #6 Porsche Penske.
In LMGT3, the race win was decided in the final seconds after late drama, due to a post-race five-second time penalty for the #21 Vista AF Corse Ferrari.
The #21 crossed the line as the provisional winner; however, was demoted to second after only finishing three seconds ahead of the #81 TF Sport Corvette, which inherited the win. The #31 The Bend Team WRT BMW completed the LMGT3 podium.
