Victor Martins has won the feature race from Lusail, ahead of Leonardo Fornaroli who clinched the Formula 2 title with one round to spare.
Fornaroli crossed the line close behind Martins, but with his rivals not scoring enough, he has wrapped his hands around the championship trophy.
Alex Dunne completed the podium despite being hit with a five-second time penalty for an unsafe pit lane release.
Arvid Lindblad, who is being heavily linked with a promotion to F1 next year, was fourth ahead of Sebastian Montoya.
Nikola Tsolov capped off a strong F2 debut weekend in seventh place, behind series veteran Richard Verschoor.
Roman Stanek was eighth, ahead of Dino Beganovic in ninth with the fastest lap and Luke Browning, who rounded out the point-scoring finishers.
