The Dutchman led a Red Bull 1-2 as Sergio Perez took the chequered flag in second place while Carlos Sainz rounded out the podium.
Charles Leclerc was fourth for Ferrari despite battling a race-long issue with his car, crossing the line ahead of George Russell behind the wheel of the Mercedes.
