Toto Wolff has offered Mercedes fans words of encouragement in a New Year's message. A difficult season for the Silver Arrows saw the team take just one Grand Prix victory all season, their worst return since the 2012 season. However, the shoots of recovery appeared at the end of 2022, with the team fighting back to challenge early front-runners Ferrari for P2 in the Constructors' Championship. In a New Year's message, Mercedes Team Principal Wolff vowed to 'recalibrate' and lead the team towards turning a negative year into a positive future. Take a look at the video below:
