The 2024 F1 season was a record-breaking one, 24 races across five continents, starting in Bahrain and concluding in Abu Dhabi. Hot, cold, dry, wet and the occasional storm, F1 saw it all this year, resulting in some exceptional races. On several occasions, the battle for the podium places and even the race win went down to the final lap; however, it was still Max Verstappen who claimed a fourth consecutive drivers' title. McLaren secured a first constructors' championship since 1998, but did not win one of the five races suggested in the poll below for the best race of 2024. The wet-dry chaos in Canada is a contender for race of the season, as is the Austrian Grand Prix where Verstappen and Lando Norris famously collided. Lewis Hamilton's emotional Silverstone victory was an unforgettable event, as was Verstappen and Norris colliding again in Mexico City.
