Max Verstappen had completed his so-called community service in Rwanda ahead of the end-of-season FIA prize giving gala. The Dutchman was ordered to partake in an act of public interest by the governing body following him swearing in an official FIA press conference on the weekend of the Singapore Grand Prix.
