Max Verstappen's sim racing outfit Team Redline will stage a replacement for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
The Real Racers Never Quit event will be held on the Imola circuit that F1 was supposed to visit for this weekend's event, with the event's moniker reflecting the series put on by Team Redline during the Covid pandemic in 2020.
Red Bull driver Verstappen will be joined by a host of names from the team as well as a number of guest racers, with the event set to start at 15:30 CET on May 21.
F1 was forced to cancel the Emilia Romagna GP after intensive rainfall led to flooding and landslides in the areas surrounding Imola.
AlphaTauri driver Nyck de Vries was left stranded on his way to the team base in Faenza, whilst teammate Yuki Tsunoda has been helping with the clean-up efforts by clearing the streets of mud.
