Max Verstappen has continued/ended his protest of answering questions in the FIA press conference.
After swearing during Thursday's FIA press conference in Singapore, the Dutchman was investigated and effectively handed community service as a punishment, with the FIA outlining he holds an “obligation to accomplish some work of public interest”.
Verstappen qualified in second place on Saturday around the Marina Bay Circuit and took part in the following press conference.
However, he gave blunt answers and stated he would rather talk to the media outside of the press conference room - a promise he delivered on.
Verstappen ended the race in Singapore in the runner-up spot where he once again was hauled into the press conference room.
Throughout the press conference, Verstappen continued to be blunt with his answers as he was asked about the race and the remainder of Red Bull's season.
When asked if he would prefer to talk to the media outside the room once again, Verstappen replied: “It's been a long day.”
