Max Verstappen had made a suggestion that could improve the racing at the Yas Marina Circuit.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has historically been the last race on the calendar since its introduction in 2009, however it has never been a track that has produced the most exciting wheel-to-wheel racing.
Think back to the 2010 title challenge, when four drivers came into the final race within a shot of winning the championship. Fernando Alonso spent most of the race behind Vitaly Petrov, which enabled Sebastian Vettel to clinch his first title with Red Bull.
The circuit was last modified in 2021 to its current 3.2 mile layout, when a number of changes were made to several corners to improve overtaking opportunities including Turns 4, 5, 6 and Turns 11, 12, and 13.

Verstappen's Yas Marina suggestion
Although the Yas Marina Circuit is not among Verstappen's favourites, he has made a suggestion that could improve the racing.
"The only thing I would like to change is just the off-camber corners. I think that doesn't really help the racing," Verstappen told media, including RacingNews365.
"A bit more banked corners would help, so around the hotel they need to bank that instead of off-camber.
"Turn 7 at that little crest, it always throws you off a little bit - especially when you're behind, you just lose a lot of traction so that corner also just bank it a bit. That would help."
