Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc have gained places on the Belgian Grand Prix grid before the start of the race due to engine penalties for Yuki Tsunoda.
AlphaTauri driver Tsunoda has taken on a new internal combustion engine, turbocharger, MGU-H and MGU-K – all the fifth of his three-element limit for the season.
The various changes have been made without the approval of FIA Technical Delegate Jo Bauer, meaning Tsunoda moves from 13th on the grid to the pit lane.
