Multiple F1 drivers, including Max Verstappen, have been summoned to see the F1 stewards following the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Verstappen, as well as Nico Hulkenberg, Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly have been called to post-race hearings in Baku. They are all alleged to have overtaken under virtual safety car conditions after the chequered flag. The penultimate lap of the race saw Ferrari's Carlos Sainz and Red Bull's Sergio Perez come together in a battle for third place. As a result, the race ended under virtual safety car conditions with Oscar Piastri securing his second career win. Verstappen took the chequered flag in fifth place and is the only point-scorer to be summoned by the stewards.
