George Russell and Oscar Piastri have also been summoned to see Japanese Grand Prix stewards following a late race clash.
In the closing laps at Suzuka, Mercedes' Russell was hunting Piastri down for seventh place and on Lap 50, dived up the inside of the final chicane.
Piastri was forced wide and off the track, with the incident noted at the time by the stewards.
Russell eventually swooped around the outside of Piastri to nab seventh on the final lap after a lock-up from Piastri.
The two will attend the stewards at 1715 local time in Japan, after Daniel Ricciardo and Alex Albon had already been summoned for their Lap 1 incident that triggered a red flag.
It is the second incident of the weekend for both drivers, after Mercedes was fined €5,000 for an unsafe release of Russell into Piastri in qualifying.
In their verdict, described as "challenging" the stewards ultimately elected to take no further action against Russell.
