Yuki Tsunoda has been called before the stewards at the Bahrain Grand Prix after a pit lane infringement during the first practice session.
The Red Bull driver was seen overtaking the Williams of Alex Albon during the opening hour of the weekend at the Sakhir International Circuit.
Tsunoda will appear before the officials at 16:15 local time for an "alleged breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 5 b) of the International Sporting Code."
Albon and stand-in team-mate Luke Browning have also been summoned for the former impeding the latter.
