Trulli takes home first F4 title

Former F1 race winner Jarno Trulli competed in the sport between, 1997 to 2011. His son Enzo has just won his first championship, taking the 2021 Formula 4 UAE title.

Making his debut in single-seaters the young Italian spent much of the series in second place in the championship standings. However, a brace of podiums at the final round in Dubai meant that Trulli was able to leapfrog his main rival, Dutch driver Dilano van't Hoff, by a single point.

This was Enzo's first time racing cars and the championship win is sure to boost his morale as he targets a full campaign in one of the Formula 4 championships in Europe.
