Following Alexander Albon's disqualification from Dutch Grand Prix qualifying and Lewis Hamilton's three-place grid drop, another driver has been punished ahead of the race at Zandvoort.

Haas has opted to change the energy store (ES) and control electronics (CE) in Kevin Magnussen's car, which means the Danish driver will start from the pit lane.

The 31-year-old has already used his two allotted components for both the ES and CE and will thus suffer the requisite penalty.

The matter was referred to the stewards who subsequently confirmed the penalty.

Magnussen had originally qualifying in P15, but Albon and Hamilton's disqualification and penalty, respectively, had elevated him to P13.
