Lance Stroll has revealed the full extent of his injuries that placed his Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix participation in doubt, documenting his rehab for social media.
On Saturday 18th February, Stroll crashed his bike while training in Spain and was ruled out of pre-season testing, due to start five days later with wrist injuries.
He returned for the Grand Prix in Sakhir after undergoing surgery from renowned surgeon Dr Xavier Mir - who has treated MotoGP riders in the past.
With pins inserted, Stroll claimed sixth in Bahrain - although did admit that his wrists were "on fire" after battling with George Russell.
In a post uploaded on Instagram, Stroll documented his recovery from rehab to building strength back up in his damaged wrists.
