Pierre Gasly and Alex Albon will start the Singapore Grand Prix from the pit lane after changes were made to their cars overnight.
Gasly's qualifying session ended in Q1 when an issue with his car occurred in the final moments of the segment.
The Frenchman parked up his car and ended qualifying in 20th place. Albon, meanwhile, qualified in 12th but was disqualified alongside team-mate Carlos Sainz for a technical infringement.
Williams got permission from the stewards to start from the back of the grid despite having no registered lap time during qualifying.
However, Albon has been shifted to the pit lane with Gasly, reducing the starting grid to 18 cars.
Gasly has failed to score points at the last four races. Team-mate Franco Colapinto is due to start from 16th.
Albon, meanwhile, has scored a strong haul of points this year and enters the Singapore race looking to bounce back from a difficult outing last time out in Azerbaijan.
