Several drivers summoned for impeding after Dutch GP FP1

Lewis Hamilton and Sebastien Vettel among drivers called up to see the stewards post-FP1 after alleged impeding.

Several drivers have been summoned by the Formula 1 stewards for alleged impeding during FP1 for the Dutch Grand Prix. Lewis Hamilton, Carlos Sainz, Sebastian Vettel, and Lando Norris were all summoned for "Alleged breach of Article 37.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations." This section of the sporting regulations states: "Any driver taking part in any practice session who, in the opinion of the stewards, stops unnecessarily on the circuit or unnecessarily impedes another driver shall be subject to the penalties referred to in Article 37.4" Specifically, the stewards state that Hamilton was summoned for impeding Sainz while Vettel is under investigation for impeding Norris.
