The four-time F1 champion retired from grand prix racing after the 2022 season, but rumours of a potential return have not gone away, with Lewis Hamilton even hinting that Vettel would mount a comeback.

Former F1 driver speaks out against FIA president 'controversy'

Timo Glock has taken aim at FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem, lamenting the extent of "controversy" he has caused at the helm of the motorsport governing body.

The former Jordan, Toyota and Virgin/Marussia driver argued the 63-year-old is "not doing himself any favours" amid the persistent dissatisfaction with his leadership.

Former Haas F1 team principal Guenther Steiner believes Max Verstappen would have ignored former Red Bull guru Jonathan Wheatley if asked to cede the lead in Saudi Arabia.

Following the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, former Red Bull sporting director-turned Stake F1 team boss Wheatley hinted that he would have handled Verstappen's incident with Oscar Piastri differently.

Franco Colapinto Alpine 'debut' emerges in sponsor interview blunder

Franco Colapinto could be set to make his Alpine "debut" at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, according to a sponsor of the Argentine driver.

That revelation came in the form of a hot mic gaffe, when Horacio Marin, president and CEO of YPF, appeared on television news channel A24.
