Ricciardo's RB respite
Daniel Ricciardo has offered RB some respite after stinging criticism from team-mate Yuki Tsunoda over the failed floor update introduced at Monza.
The Australian felt outside factors were at play as he is yet to drive with the new parts - and would not pass judgement until then.

FIA offer wing explanation
After Christian Horner and Fred Vasseur indicated that they would seek talks with the FIA over the flexi-wings situation in F1, the FIA offered a statement in response.
Now, F1's governing body has detailed just why it can't take action against McLaren or Mercedes over their alleged flexi-wings this season.

Horner on Newey
There is a school of thought that Adrian Newey could have helped halt Red Bull's slide in performance if he was still in place as chief technical officer.
He is expected to be unveiled at Aston Martin next week, but Horner has flatly denied that his outgoing CTO could have helped arrest the slump.

Norris contract revelation
The current driver merry-go-round at Red Bull could have been sorted if the team was able to sign Lando Norris.
Helmut Marko is a keen fan of McLaren star Norris, and tried desperately to sign him for Toro Rosso before a stopper was placed on the deal.
