Sergio Perez will take part in second practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix after Red Bull completed repairs on his RB19. The Mexican's miserable run of form continued with a crash just four minutes into the first hour of running at the Hungaroring, Perez dipping his left-hand wheels on the grass on entry to Turn 5, before spinning into the barriers. His crash left a sizeable amount of damage to the left-hand side of his Red Bull, with the suspension, front wing, floor and sidepod all seemingly affected. It was a knock for both Perez's confidence and the team as it introduced an upgrade package for both cars this weekend - with most of the package likely damaged. In an update on social media, the team confirmed: "Car 11 will be ready for FP2. "We’ll be back on track at 16:00 BST, and weather report is showing more rain…" Perez was lucky not to miss out on track running as rain hit the Budapest venue minutes after his crash, meaning no representative times were set for the remainder of the session.
