Red Bull expand key alliance with renewed partnership

Red Bull has re-signed with a sponsor and partner of 18 years, which will bring the relationship past the two decade mark.

Red Bull has extended and expanded its relationship with existing partner Hexagon ahead of the 2025 F1 season getting underway. For the past 18 years, the company's manufacturing intelligence division has provided 3D laser scanning and digitalisation solutions to the Milton Keynes-based squad. Now, the new multi-year deal will see the two enter their second decade working closely to together as Red Bull's exclusive metrology partner. Hexagon's expanded remit with the team will see it also cover sim racing, bridging the gap between it and F1, and support the next generation of STEM professionals. Over the past two seasons, the company has helped Red Bull reduce production faults by half through using its scanning technologies for component quality assurance. "Hexagon has played a vital role in the success we’ve achieved over a long period as a valued partner to the team," team principal Christian Horner said. "Our technology partners are a crucial element for us and we’re very selective about who we work with. Hexagon will ensure our competitiveness for years to come."

Hexagon logo to feature on new RB21

Hexagon branding will adorn the lower sidepod of the Red Bull RB21, which was unveiled last night at F1 75 Live in London. Further company logos will appear on the team's sim racing livery. Josh Weiss, president of Hexagon's manufacturing intelligence division added: "At Hexagon, we’re honoured to continue our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, where our advanced measurement technologies play a key role in driving on-track success. "Sharing a legacy of entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and excellence, we’re excited to face the challenges of the upcoming season and embrace an even greener, more exhilarating era in 2026 and beyond."
