Red Bull announces launch date for 2024 RB20 F1 car

The RB20 will once again be driven by Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez in 2024 as Red Bull looks to defend its World Championship titles.

Red Bull will unveil its 2024 Formula 1 challenger - the RB20 - on Thursday 15th February. The team has become the seventh outfit to reveal its launch plans for the coming season, with the anticipated RB20 set to break cover the day after Mercedes unveil its W15 machine. The RB20 will have a tough act to follow after the RB19 of 2023 secured 21 wins from 22 races, and a record points haul of 860 as Red Bull retained both of the World Championship titles it won in 2022. Max Verstappen is gunning for a fourth straight Drivers' Crown with team-mate Sergio Perez staying on for a fourth season alongside the Dutchman. The car is set to be revealed just six days before the start of pre-season testing on February 21st in Bahrain - and is the latest of the seven launch dates now confirmed by teams. Only McLaren, AlphaTauri and Haas are yet to publicly announce their plans, as of 15:15 UK time on January 15th.
