Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel came together on the final lap of the Austrian Grand Prix, with the Finn picking up a penalty for the incident.

The two were fighting it out for 12th on the exit of Turn 4. As the two drivers drifted towards one another, Raikkonen's right front clipped Vettel's left rear which sent both cars into the gravel.

Vettel's race ended there while the Alfa Romeo driver limped home in 16th, however Raikkonen has been penalised by the stewards over the incident. Raikkonen was handed a drive through penalty of 20 seconds, which was imposed after the race, along with two penalty points on his license.

Meanwhile, George Russell escaped punishment after he was investigated for allegedly moving under braking at Turn 4.
