Adrian Newey will leave Red Bull at the start of 2025, having been associated with the squad since 2006.

The renowned technical designer is responsible for all of Red Bull's championship-winning cars, including those driven by Max Verstappen.

Unrest at a senior level within Red Bull has sparked rumours that Verstappen could seek to drive elsewhere in the future, with Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff voicing his interest in signing the three-time world champion.

But is Newey, the mastermind behind Red Bull's technical department, the biggest loss to Red Bull?

Or would a Verstappen exit be even more devastating for the Milton Keynes-based squad?
