Sergio Perez was left unimpressed with teammate Max Verstappen after the Dutchman disobeyed team orders at the end of the Brazilian Grand Prix. Verstappen ignored the call to let Perez back through at the end of the race, telling the team "I gave you my reasons" over the team radio when questioned by his engineer. Perez was irate speaking after the race, referencing the previous instances he's helped Verstappen on track through team orders. "After all I've done for him, it's very disappointing," said the Mexican to Sky Sports . "I'm really surprised" When asked about what the reasons might be for not giving the position back, Perez said: "No idea. Maybe you should ask him about it."
Perez level on points with Leclerc
Perez goes into the last race in Abu Dhabi level on points with Charles Leclerc, with the pair both on 290 points. Had Verstappen let him back past, the Mexican would've scored an extra two points at the end.
