Netflix has offered a sneak peek of the latest Senna biopic TV miniseries that will air on the streaming platform.
Starring Gabriel Leone, who will portray Ayrton Senna, the series will tell the story of the famous driver and his life in Brazil. Filming commenced in October last year in São Paulo and Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro.
Filming was already done in Argentina and Uruguay, with the United Kingdom set to be the next location after Brazil.
The starting point will be the beginning of the three-time F1 World Champion's racing career when he moved to the UK to compete in Formula Ford, all the way to the tragic accident in Imola, Italy, during the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix.
The series is directed by Vicente Amorim and Julia Rezende, and produced by Gullane in partnership with the Senna brands and family.
