Season four of Netflix's hit show Drive to Survive will be released on 11 March, it has been confirmed.

The new series will feature 10 episodes, offering F1 fans the chance to see all the behind-the-scenes action from the 2021 campaign.

Whilst Max Verstappen has already confirmed that he did not contribute to the show, the documentary is set to follow the title battle that played out between Red Bull and Mercedes, as well as various other storylines from the year.

A press release announcing the launch date reads: "Offering unprecedented access, season four will once again take fans behind the scenes, to witness first-hand how the drivers and teams prepare to battle it out for victory in one of the sport's most dramatic seasons to date.

"Get ready to delve into fierce team rivalries, unexpected podiums, and the intense title battle between Mercedes and Red Bull as the pressure reaches an all-time high both on and off the grid."

The launch date of 11 March falls just ahead of the new F1 season getting underway, with the Bahrain Grand Prix kicking off proceedings on 18-20 March.
